🚖 Booking & Service

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Customers must provide accurate details during booking
• Booking confirmation will be shared via call or WhatsApp

💰 Pricing & Payment

• Fares are calculated based on distance and vehicle type
• Prices may vary depending on route, tolls, and additional charges
• Toll, parking, permit, and hill charges are extra
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfer

⏰ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations should be informed in advance
• Last-minute cancellations may incur charges
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly

🚗 Driver & Vehicle

• Drivers will follow standard safety and service guidelines
• Any misconduct should be reported immediately
• Vehicle provided will match the selected category (or equivalent)

🛣️ Travel Policy

• Minimum kilometers may apply (as per tariff)
• Extra charges may apply for additional stops or route changes
• Night charges may be applicable

• Yazhi One Way Taxi is not responsible for:
  • Delays due to traffic or unforeseen conditions
  • Loss of personal belongings
• Customers are responsible for their luggage
